Bollards & Wedges
Department of State certified bollards and wedges provide perimeter security protection to meet a variety of threat levels. Offerings include shallow-mounted foundation fixed and removable K-4 bollards and K-12 wedge barriers that require only 12” of excavation.
Provided by American Physical Security Group, a wholly-owned subsidiary of ADSI. Gates and Beams Department of State rated crash gates, swing gates and drop arm crash beams are designed to prevent unauthorized vehicle entry to your facility. Crash gates are rated K-12 and use an open frame structure to allow the end user flexibility to match existing fencing and requires no in-road hardware. Standard sizes for crash gates range from 12’ to 30’. The K-4 rated swing gate provides 16’ clear openings with heavy-duty industrial hinges and can be either manually or automatically operated. The drop gate is available in either K-4 or K-12. Clear openings range from 12’ to 24’.  Provided by American Physical Security Group, a wholly-owned subsidiary of ADSI. Soft-Stop Barrier Model SS K-12: The Soft-Stop Barrier is designed as a two-part deterrent. Initially, an unauthorized vehicle will be slowed in a non-lethal manner. The second line of defense is a Department of State rated K-12 barrier that will prevent the vehicle from passing into the protected area. The system is operated electronically with a manual backup, deploys in only 3 seconds and requires less than 20 cubic yards of concrete for installation.
